Hi, Iām Francis, also know as Fran!
Iām a CPA, entrepreneur, and tax strategist who helps real estate investors and high net-worth individuals keep more of what they earn ā and selectively work with equity-comp professionals and simple S-Corp owners who are the right fit.
Unlike most CPAs who just file your taxes, I focus on helping you proactively reduce them, with forward-looking strategy, practical advice, and year-round support.
I hold degrees inĀ Accounting and Finance from Virginia Tech, and earned myĀ MBA from Ole Miss, where I worked as aĀ Graduate Assistant for the Men’s Basketball Team.
Basketball actually paid for my grad school, and that same drive and discipline carries over into how I help clients today.
Tax is in my blood.
MyĀ mom is a CPA, andĀ my grandfather was the original Francis Duggan CPA, so you could say I was born into this work.
My mom even moved her firm into our home when I was growing up, so I quite literally grew up in a tax office.
Professionally, I cut my teeth atĀ RSMĀ (a top national CPA firm) andĀ Harness Wealth, where I supportedĀ high-income professionals, real estate investors, and business owners.
I’ve been aĀ licensed CPA since 2021Ā inĀ Florida and Virginia, and have worked in tax strategy for almost a decade.
I’m an entrepreneur at heart.
I own and operate aĀ cleaning company, aĀ vacation rental management business, and my ownĀ short-term rentals, so I understand my clients’ challenges firsthand.
I started this firm to give people the kind ofĀ proactive tax strategy and personal supportĀ I wish I had when I was starting out. Because the truth is simple:
